- The Killers brengen groot anti-Trump anthem uit
Het is de eerste track die de band uitbrengt sinds het album Wonderful Wonderful uit 2017. Er gingen al een paar dagen teasers rond over nieuwe muziek, maar niemand wist wat het precies was. Tot nu... Het is een dikke vier minuut durende anti-Trump track genaamd 'Land Of The Free'.
Het liedje was nodig volgens de band
Het is een politieke boodschap tegen het bewind van Donald Trump in de Verenigde Staten. Frontman Brandon Flowers tegen Beats 1 over het liedje: "I think it’s a very important time right now and enough was enough is basically where it comes from. It started in my mind, around when the Sandy Hook shooting happened and as a father how that affected me and then it just started stacking up. It was things like what’s happening at the Mexico border wall. This stuff didn’t seem to be in harmony with the values that I believe my country was founded on.”

Videoclip
Vooral de videoclip maakt veel indruk. De band schakelde de beroemde filmmaker Spike Lee voor dit project in en gaf hem volledig creatieve vrijheid. De clip laat schrijnende beelden zien van volledige families aan migranten die de Mexicaanse grens proberen over te steken naar de VS.
